Cann Strategy was founded in 2017 by Juliana Whitney, whose passion for operations and startup companies found a perfect home in the burgeoning cannabis industry. Recognizing the unique challenges and opportunities within this space, Juliana set out to drive the success of cannabis businesses by applying her expertise in operational excellence and strategic thinking.

Initially, Cann Strategy focused on securing competitive license applications for clients, addressing the primary need of the cannabis industry at the time. Over the years, we have successfully helped numerous clients obtain licenses, paving the way for their entry into the market. However, as the industry has evolved, so too have the needs of cannabis businesses.
